For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the operator listed above is the controller of any personal data processed in connection with the App.

All your data stays on your device. Your questions, answers, tags, and settings are stored locally in an encrypted SQLite database. We do not operate any backend server that receives or stor[…]
We do not track you. MindTrack contains no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking pixels.
We do not collect personal data. We never see your journal entries, your responses, or your usage patterns.
Optional features may use Apple services (Notifications, Face ID, Live Activities) that run locally on your device under Apple’s own privacy terms.
In-App Purchases, when introduced, are processed by Apple. We do not see your payment information.

3. Information stored on your device

The following data is created and stored exclusively on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to any third party:

Questions you create or select.
Answers you write in response to your questions.
Tags you create and assign to answers.
Schedule and notification preferences.
App settings including theme preference (light/dark/system), language, and notification toggle state.
Authentication state, including whether biometric (Face ID / Touch ID) unlock is enabled.

4. Information processed by Apple on your behalf

Some App features rely on operating-system services provided by Apple. These are processed locally on your device under Apple’s privacy terms; we do not receive the underlying data.

5. In-App Purchases and subscriptions

If MindTrack offers in-app purchases or subscriptions:

All transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s Terms and Privacy Policy.
We may use a subscription-management service (such as RevenueCat) to validate receipts and manage entitlements. In that case, the service receives a pseudonymous user identifier generated on you[…]

6. Crash diagnostics and analytics

MindTrack does not include any third-party analytics, telemetry, advertising, or tracking SDK by default.

8. Data retention and deletion

Because all your data is stored locally:

You control retention. Your entries remain on your device until you delete them, delete the App, or reset the device.
Deletion is immediate. Removing an entry from within the App permanently deletes it from the local database. Uninstalling the App removes the entire database.
There is no “delete my account” request to make — there is no account on our servers.
